Originally from the midwest US, we have worked, studied and lived worldwide. We are globalists who take a personal approach to local issues and challenges. We have a passion for world cultures and relationship-building.

Patricia launched Consulting for a Better World when she was invited by the Ukrainian government to advise on privatization. James joined the firm soon afterward. Since then, we have helped nonprofit, multilateral and corporate organizations expand their programs, products and teams across Africa, Asia, The Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
